Today (20th August 2026), the Royal Mail has released a 2nd Class Syrian hamster stamp. This is part of their "Pets" special stamp collection 'celebrating Britain's favourite companions'.

Sadly, you can't just buy an individual hamster stamp. You can buy the whole pet collection of 10 stamps for Ā£13.55, or a half sheet of stamps for Ā£22.75. The half sheet contains 5 of each of the different 2nd Class stamps, including 5 hamster stamps.

Alternatively, you can buy a set of postcards, showing all the pets, including the hamster for Ā£4.50.
