​I have created this website, as unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation about hamster care in books, pet stores and on the internet which confuses and misleads a lot of people.  I wanted there to be another resource available that shares safe, humane and up to date information to help spread more awareness about proper hamster care.

 

​Proper hamster care isn't just about having a large enclosure or how it is set up.  It's also about things like cleaning the enclosure, changing water, giving a good quality food and healthy treats, not disturbing your hamster when they are sleeping, vet care when needed, out of the enclosure time if they want it, adapting the enclosure when elderly or sick, keeping the hamster safe from predators - the list could go on, and lots of love of course, don't forget the love!
